really? I hadn't realised

Fri Dec 28, 2007, 4:59 AM
so it turns out you can write Journal entries on this here art-doo-flicky. Who would have thought? I suppose this is as good a place as any to introduce myself. But, ofcourse, I won't, seeing as I have clearly gone to some lengths to remain anonymous (clever pseudonym, false favourite author etc etc). So I'll say some fairly non-committal stuff to tide you all over until it becomes evident who I am to those I am trying to hide this from, and the secrecy becomes obsolete.

Well, it may not surprise you all to know that I'm not much of a photographer. I take a ridiculous number of photos and once every so often I get lucky and one of the pictures is better than some of the others, and so I put it on this website called Deviant Art. The photos you see before you are the ones that I thought were attractive. I haven't included one's of people because 1. That would do a fair job of identifying this poor attempt at an anonymous character and 2. because I think a picture of someone is good, doesn't mean you will. I am biased, I know them. You probably don't, and if you do then I might know you, in which case I can just give you the photo and skip this ridiculous internet stage of the process all together.

well, I guess that's about it for now.

P.S. Oh, incidentally, if anyone would actually like to use any of my pictures for anything, they are free to. I only ask that you tell me where they are used (in a comment or something) so that I can look and say "look, there's my picture, being used in a raunchy second rate advertisement".

I'm very well. Just returned from a conference. Evangelistic Christianity, interesting stuff. How's your week been? (feel free to leave out those "do not supply over the internet details).

Ditabo

P.S. actually, feel free to be unconversational and say nothing if you REALLY want.

Glad to hear your week went well. Evangelistic Christianity is... complicated. But you could probably simplify it to the belief that Jesus Christ died for the sins of humanity and that faith in him is the way to be redeemed to God. In short, that is. A decent description might be a few books longer. I hear the Bible is good for figuring it out. Feel free to ask questions.
Out of interest, what's Jersey like? What's it like being from Jersey?

Wow~ It sounds interesting (:
Okay! Thanks! ^^ If I have any questions, I'll ask (:

It's pretty cool, I don't live in new Jersey though, I live in a little island called Jersey, It's an island off of the coast of France; just below England. :) ( [link] )

It's a pretty awesome island though, lots of greenery; about 75% (ish) is greenery specially the north side of the island.
And we have a little town, too. Which is cool. (though, It'd be cooler if we had a mall ^^; )
There are some down sides to us being so small I guess. Like, we don't have much to do (especially for teenagers) I think we're actually classed as 'an offshore finance industry' which pretty much sucks.
We used to be a very touristy island, but for some reason, the government changed that D:
But, altogether, I like living here (:
And it's safe, too. With it being so small; we don't have that much crime. The last murder was like.. 40 years ago? Or something. So I like that aspect of it :)
